BIO
I majored in Japanese style paintings (Nihonga) made in accordance with traditional Japanese artistic conventions, techniques, and materials.
I use color pigments made from natural dyes and minerals and combine tradition and modern sense with traditional materials and techniques.
My work explores the complex psychology "SETSUNAI in Japanese" hidden in our existence. "SETSUNAI" is very difficut translate in English. But similar meaning to “Sweet Sorrow” , “Miss you” ...
I would like to express this concept attractive to the canvas with “light and atmosphere” and my original colors.
